997 targa 2007 hatch problem

Hi. The rear hatch doesnt open, then opend manualy, but i cant close again because doesnt work the mecanism. Any body knows close the hatch? Thanks

The following is if it doesn't open, but worth a shot checking. Is your roof fully closed? Try opening the roof and closing it.
