Default First Electrical Problem, Need to Find Relay

997.2 The heated and cooled seats do not respond when I press the button, they do not light up and do not work. And I can no longer adjust air flow. Currently air flow is set to feat. But the buttons that move the air flow to face do not light up and do not work. I tried disconnecting the battery but that didn't help. I looked at the fuse diagram and didn't find a fuse corresponding to the heated seats. And I don't know where the relay panel is, or if there is one. Thanks for any help!

Here is a more detailed info on fuses. There are a number of them related to HVAC.

Update, the temperature won’t change either. I’m guessing the entire climate control module needs to be replaced. That just seems like too many fuses/relays to fail at once. Heated seats, cooled seats, temperature, face, feet all at once

Could also be one of the main wires leading to the unit too. Open the console up and re-seat (unplug/replug) all and any plugs after you confirm your fuses are good (tester or multi-meter). Can't hurt and it's free....

It only takes one fuse to take out more than one function.

It sounds like the car has lost it's knowledge of what modules are installed. I would take a trip to a dealer or Indy that has an actual PIWIS machine to have them redo the handover procedure for the options the car has before I start replacing components. If the HVAC controller is turning on and you just can't change the temp, it's not the fuse and the unit is getting power. It's possible the controller head itself has failed, but with the other seat issues and things happening at the same time, seems like something else is going on.
