Default Help in connecting airbag connector under the seats

I removed the seats for cleaning ..etc and now I am trying to connect the big yellow airbag connector to the seat but I am not able to push it all the way back in. I put alot of force but it seems something is preventing to connect it back.

Any tips on how to connect back the airbag connector? I see two pins that splits 2 straight and two 30 degrees. I am wondering if these 2 pins are preventing the female connector from going all the way in.

Edit: Found the answer. Thanks to all who responded

You need to push the black u-shaped retaining handle simultaneously while pushing the connector into place. It is a slide connector mechanism and locks into place the last few millimeters. Make sure it aligned properly before trying to seat it into place.

Yes I am aware of U shaped retaining handle that needs to be all the way out but I am still not able to push the female connector down. I am wondering if the two pins that are 30 degrees are preventing it.

Attached is picture of what I am talking about

Look at the female connector and reciprocal ends. If they are straight and not aligned with your male ends, then you have solved your issue. Good luck.

It is not really clear on female connector but I noticed using online search that most male connectors look like picture above.

Sure. I didn't pay enough attention how the connectors connect so I flipped it and it connected just fine. The Hint is both wires should be on same side on both connectors.
