This thread seems a little odd to me....I just don't get naming a car....every time I think about it it just seems weird to name an inanimate object!
I'm a Boomer and a lifetime car guy who has owned Triumphs, MGs, Fiats, and many Porsche's and never named one or ever considered it. None of the guys I grew up with did either...don't think it's a Boomer thing at all.

I've always hated the threads about naming your car. I thought they weren't allowed anymore?
