New to me 2006 C4 (my first Porsche) picked up about 2 months ago. Arctic silver over black. Manual transmission. Has PSE (loving that feature). It is my daily but daily for me is just running errands - no commute.

so far I upgraded the head unit (posted about that previously), new mats and clear side markers

want to do:
remove tint
replace 18” wheels with oem 19” carrera sport wheels
few paint chips need to be repaired
new center console (badly scratched/peeling)
replace peeling/sticky AC switches
Driver seat needs to be dyed/repaired
few odd pieces inside could use replacement/refurbished
do something about foam coming out of AC vents (causing windshield fogging)
short shift kit

Anything else I should consider?

My first 911 was a 997.1.

My recs in no order would be:

Ac/ fan switches. Easy to do. Even on Amazon now!
All red tail lights.
Replace speakers. Good write up on here.
Bluetooth for music. 997.1 never had it.
Agree with 19s, then turn the 18s to winter wheels if needed
Clear side markers. Looks like one side has them
SSK. I like my numeric racing kit

most of my recs are comforts, not performance. Car is fast enough for me.

Engine mounts at a minimum. Transmission mounts are great too, check out the ones from Cantrell Motorsports in Washington.
Can't beat a Numeric Shifter and cables. When you do the shifter install, you can have the center console redone to your preference since it has to come out for the SSK install.
