Default Engine check light after fill-up - Code P0455 (EVAP major leak)

I just filled up last night, and then right after I got a check engine light (not flashing), I did scan it today with a basic OBD2, and this is the code:

P0455
Raw code: 0455
ECU: OBD-II
Status: Confirmed
OBDII: Evaporative emission (EVAP) system - large leak detected

Any thoughts what it could be? Car seems to run ok, albeit today when I started it, smelled some fuel, like car is running rich... no other codes or issues.

Thanks!

Just did some search, some say it's the fuel tank, or Tank vapor line... should I clear it and then see if it comes back?

I did try that, seemed tight... but maybe I should clear the code and see if it comes back?

Is it also hard to start? If so, purge valve.
