2007 price ?
2007 Porsche 911 Turbo AWD - $109,900
This car is for sale in Portland OR with 30,000 miles MT with 4 previous owners. Looks very clean. is it too overpriced? wasn't sure if it was OK to add the link. Looking to sell or trade in my 2004 996TT.

Not in today's market. 997 MT prices are crazy for all models, even regular Carreras. GTSs, Turbos, and GT3s are even crazier. If it was a Tip or PDK, would be $10k (PDK) to $20k (Tip) lower.

I pm'ed you a link to a manual 07 with a few k more miles and 10k less price. It has 'minor damage' Not sure to pursue that one but just a comp at the least.
I think 110 is the high side but not INSANE. if its super clean, checks out and checks your boxes go for it

I'd say yes it is. That seems like it is more 997.2 price territory. I know prices are up, and maybe a 997.2 might be a little higher for an MT with that mileage. But I can't see spending over $100k for a 997.1 Turbo, even as a manual.

Same dealer also has a 2007 911T MT with 30K miles in silver and cocoa interior for $99,900. The $109K car is slate bray with black interior which looks much nicer than the silver. Unsure if I should just spend around $125K for a 2014 or 2015. Love my 996TT but I would like a newer interior. Not an expert on the 911's as the 996 is my first 911.

Price is reasonable. You are not getting a 997.2 Turbo manual for anywhere near that price.

A 2008 34k Turbo MT sold on BaT on 8/4 for $95k.
and a 21k 2010 Turbo 997.2 PDK sold on BaT on 7/7 for $110k as well as a 15k 2009 Turbo 997.2 MT sold on 6/28 for $107k.
So not implausible. There are currently 9 997.2 Turbo Manuals on Autotrader.com for sub $120k and 6 of them are below $105k. So no I would not pay $109k for a 997.1 Manual Turbo. He asked if it was overpriced, and I think it is.
Now if the set of options, ease of purchase, potential trade value, mileage, color, interior, etc. - all of those things fit within the enough right boxes are checked for the buyer, that may be enough to consider over paying a bit. But then I would still do my best to negotiate the price down a little bit.

I agree that the price seems a little high. I do not have the patience to sell my car on my own and would prefer trading it in. I live in Eugene OR and I have not seen a single 911 on the road since I moved here 2 month ago so I doubt I will find a local buyer for my 996TT here.

I think you are mixed up with the models. Really mixed up. 997.2 Turbo, Manual, Coupe = 3 for sale. 2 are at Ryan Friedman with no price (good luck with that).
Third has 67000 miles for $119k.
Also, the 2009 Turbo is not a 997.2 FYI.
Anyways, back to the 997.1 Turbo. Price is reasonable. Reasonable being the key word.
Do your research and offer what YOU think is reasonable.

Clarifying - the 2009 997 Turbo is not really a .1 or a .2 - it's a crossover model. It has the 997.1 Mezger engine design with the 997.2 PCM audio interface and some other updates to the .2s. To me, it's the optimal year of the 997.2 where you can own a little bit of that Mezger engine history and not have to deal with normal DFI shenanigans (fuel dilution, carbon build-up, etc). If I were shopping for a 997 Turbo, 2009 is the year I'd seek out and buy, just like I did for my Cayenne.
