Default Need to find a turn signal light bulb socket

I broke the light bulb socket on my 2005 Carrera S 997.1 left front. It is a single pole yellow large bulb that fits into a brown socket that inserts into the fog/turn/ housing. There is a two wire plug that connects to the socket I need. I have searched everywhere including Pelican Parts and cannot find it. If I have to I will remove the fixture again and post a pic of it. Anyone have any sources?

thanks

Sounds like an 1156 bulb. Can usually source those sockets at Autozone or an equivilant parts store. Just take it with you. They'll match it up.

No. It’s the larger amber bulb with a single pole. I think the bulb is 7507. Thanks for looking though.

Just a thought. First, did you go to the stores or search online? Second, Take the socket and lamp with you. They do carry some of these items in the "HELP" isle. Just see if theres something that will twist in like the OEM. It will likely have a red/black pigtail since its universal. You do not need the same exact one that is OEM. It just needs to twist in nicely. If it works, you'll cut the OEM plug and connect the 2 wires to the pigtail and there you have it. I've been down this road on numerous occasions with various cars. It work perfectly. Sometimes we have to compromise when nothing else works.

Thanks so much. I will see what I can find. Online, I did see some plugs that had two wires on them.
