The video sound didn't help me much but you can further diagnose with a couple of steps...
-does the noise change with engine RPM?
-temporarily remove the serpentine belt - does the noise go away?
These steps might help you isolate the cause of the noise.

Something sure is rattling around in there. Could be water pump failing or a timing chain tensioner is hosed. If it's not leaking any coolant, my guess based on the frequency of the noise is the timing chain bouncing around. I would not rev or drive it if thats what it is.

Get a Steelman Electronic Ear and isolate sound to a specific component. Everyone is just guessing until you do.

I would check the water pump first ..has it ever been replaced ?? get under the car and give the pump pulley a good wiggle for play ...The pump pulley bearing could be going south..

According to porsche service history its not changed. Is it possible to change just the bearing or complete pump?
The scratching sound is louder on the left side low i guess. Seen for the backside of the car.
Where is the waterpump located?

$2,000 approximately for replacement by Porsche dealer but price varies depending on parts replaced in addition to pump. I would replace serpentine belt, thermostat housing, thermostat and any coolant hose I had to touch anyway or is easy to replace without a lot of additional labor. As others suggest, inspect coolant expansion tank closely.

Not recommended, it has a brass impeller. Look for one with a "composite" or plastic impeller.
When the bearing goes bad the water pump shaft can wobble. The impeller is very close to the engine block and it can damage or scratch the surface that mates with the impeller.
A better choice (Pierburg):
