Default 2007 C2S Starting issue

Hi there all,
Help needed, Short version of the issue.
If I do not start the car for a couple of days it starts great, turns over fine and start on the button revs to1500rpm then drops off once heat cycle is over(which may I add takes a while even in the Dubai heat)
If I start the car every morning to go to work it turns over fine but once started it does not give me that burst of revs on start, probably not over 1000rpm then sits there for quite some time on the heat cycle. If I start the car again within minutes of shutting off it starts great with revs bursting up to 1200-1500rpm with no heat cycle waiting time.
However if I leave the car for a few hours then start it turns over fine but revs are very low sometimes even stalling. if I try again immediately after this it starts ok but as above with low RPM. Idle does seem rough till really up to temp.

Anyone have any idea what is could be?

By the way my diagnostic shows not codes!

Thanks in advance for any help provided.

Could be the air temp sensor that's built into the MAF sensor or the coolant temp sensor. This control that start up prototcol, elevated revs and enrichment when cold and not when hot. If you have a Durametric see what those read dieing cold start and warm start and see if either is erratic and dumping around or reading what looks like an implausible value.

Could also be a vacuum leak that's effecting airflow but only causing an issue in certain circumstances.

Clean or replace the MAF, unplugging it won’t help you.

Or try an “Italian tune up”. Drive it like you stole it. Run the revs up to 7,000 rpm. Clean it out.

99% of the time I drive like I stole it, that's what its built for haha.
I need to get it on a decent diagnostic to be honest, the one I have is not up to it.
