Just correcting my post here - this car is actually Azurite Blue (37N). It was advertised for sale a while back incorrectly as Albert Blue. I know because I just bought it!

What's the VIN / last five digits of your car? The list of the 1,500 US cars shows only one Riviera Blue (20445), but there are four other cars that just show PTS with no actual colour specified.

I could be misunderstanding either or both of the dataset or the question, but:

Isn’t the OP dataset organized by coupe vs cabriolet, and ODK vs manual, with paint listed?

The list of cars includes only the US models, of which five had the Cocoa interior (i.e. there is also one Canadian car).

Of the five US cars, three are RWD coupes - one Carrara White, one GT Silver and one Platinum Silver. The Carrara White is manual and was a press car (option code 741); the others are PDK.

I wish there was a way to find owners of certain VINs like I can do with certain homes in real estate.

I went down the rabbit hole in my most recent search, including pulling the Carfax reports for the most desirable cars and seeing where they were last serviced. Generally the Porsche dealers won't help you, even if all you're asking is for them to contact the owner to see if he's interested in selling. However, a few of the independent shops were happy to do so - I never asked them to give me the owner's information, but instead just asked them to ping the owner to see if he was willing to discuss selling.

These are the last five digits for the three Cocoa coupe VINs:

20839
21194

You can go to VIN Analytics, and if you sign up you can pull all the cars that correspond to these last five digits. That should give you the full VINs for all of them.

This is what I did recently with Carfax. I am currently in the process of getting my Speed Yellow GTS appraised for an insurance valuation. The appraiser, who is a car guy, admittedly wasn't in tune completely with the 997 market. he told me that the Porsche market has been declining for the last 18 months. I told him yes, maybe but the 997 GTS market is still strong and climbing, especially for 6 speeds. He said he was having a hard time coming up with comps for my GTS Cab and that they're not nearly as valuable as Coupes (true). I pointed him to this thread and the information it contains with production numbers, options, colors etc and pointed out my Cab is 1 of 2, 6 speed's brought to the US. I then ran a Carfax on the VIN of the other SY Cab and found it had 60,000 miles on it and had 3, yes 3 collisions noted on it. Ouch! He wasn't aware of the low numbers actually produced and increasing values due to all the intrinsic virtues of these cars.

That information instantly made my car more valuable. He agreed that only having 2 SY, 6 speed Cabs in made my car more than just an average GTS Cab and the additional info regarding the other bolstered my case. While you can't rely on Carfax as gospel, it can be a valuable tool for certain things. This thread may long live into posterity as a huge resource to us in the future. Thanks to everyone who contributed.

Thank you for posting this. I am lucky to say that I am the owner of a 199/271 PDK Platinum Silver Metallic/Black Inter. Alcantara Seat 21042 with 17k miles on it.
now here is the silly questions due to its rarity what is a reasonable asking price ? I see some newer 911 4 GTS going for $150k or more ?
