Yes, the spreadsheet I attached has all 1,500 of the US cars (unfortunately it's missing the 150 Canadian ones by the looks of it). So you can search within it for all the individual builds.

Ha, I was a bit disappointed to find out that Carrara White is the most common colour. I really would love to see some of the unicorn PTS builds.

Great chart! I created a quick pivot table to make it easier to navigate and parse.
I was surprised to see only 53 Black-RWD-6spd-Coupes and have had the impression for years there were five times that many or more.

Thanks for putting this into a spreadsheet. It was available elsewhere in another thread that I started and slogged through for hours to collate. You should credit those whose information you post, like I did when starting my thread (Vinanalytics.com). It's verbatim to everything in that thread. Copying and pasting my hours of work into your spreadsheet then offering it up without credit is a bit, well....

It’s not “my” spreadsheet. I put the information into a spreadsheet for the benefit of the community, just as I’m sure you compiled the data for the benefit of the community. It’s not about claiming credit, but being helpful.

What year is yours?

2011.
Mine has 22K+ hard miles on it.
You have shown admirable restraint in keeping the miles low.
I'm guessing your car would fetch a lot on BaT or PCARMARKET.
What is your VIN?

I just purchased last month. It was advertised via an email to about 350 people and I responded within minutes of email with a deposit pending ppi. Price was well under window sticker so I knew it was a great deal.
2 owner vehicle with 2nd owner since 2012. He only drove less than 1 k a year and was meticulous about it.

Car has minimal options, which I like.
The only one that I wish it had was SPASM but I'm addressing that with mods below.

PO did no mods but I am doing a few reversible things:

* Techart Springs
* Rear Bump Steer kit
* Rear toe links
* DCS module
* Sharkwerks Crossover Exhaust section
* RSS Enging mounts
* Numeric Shifter and cables (with cable sleeves)
* Numeric Pedals
* Paint correction
* Full PPF - Sunteck
* Ceramic coating on top of film
* Ceramic Tint - 35%, 50% for windsheild
* Apex VS-5RS Brushed Clear 19 x 9 and 19 x 12 rims ... won't be delivered until June sometime.
* Pilot Sport 4S in 245/35/19 Fronts & 325/30 R.
** LSD Rear end - waiting on this one.

Nice list of mods.

I’m curious to hear how this one goes…

Numeric Shifter and cables (with cable sleeves)

…as I am buying this OEM Short Shift assembly with the Function First Shift Right Solution kit installed.

http://www.function-first.com/produc...right-solution

Curious about any NVH increase with any mods to shifter or especially the linkage (which I’ve read does transmit a lot into the cabin).

The wheels you bought should cure the 997 GTS crappy offset look.
What ET are the Apex?

EDIT:

Those wheels are very cool.
18.8 and 21.7 lbs are as light as BBS or Forgeline equivalents- for 60% less.

If they fit like my OZ UL 9/12 with 47/48:

The ET 46 rears will completely flush fill the rear wells, but the ET 47 fronts will be ever so slightly proud as the GT2 RS that wore them had small front well extensions.

Congrats on the purchase.

It is an awesome real world road Carrera.

Great list of mods. I would also do these if I had more time

I had the factory Sport Shifter in my 997.1 S. I really liked the feel of it and suspect you will too. It is not as precise as a Numeric but still quite satisfying and direct. The FF bushings will eliminate any play that is inherent in the stock shifter as well.

Thanks, Busta.

I am already happy with my OEM setup, but- like many things- once you taste “better” it’s difficult to go back to what you had before and be happy.

Only 22K miles on mine now, and no slop, notchiness, clunks, cold temp misbehavior or missed shifts under pressure.

How many hours to R&R the shifter?
(Ball park.)

I’ll be paying someone to do it- I’d break the interior trim pieces or run out of time before the auto hobby shop closes- and me without a gear to drive away.

It took me more time to disassemble all the interior bits to get to the shifter assembly than actually R&R the shifter. For realz. Your shop probably works a lot faster than me but it took me about 30-45 min to remove the interior bits to get to the shifter assembly. Add another 30-40 min to remove the assembly, remove the old bushings, install new bushings, and bolt the assembly back into the car. Then 30-45 min to reassemble the interior bits. Seriously, the interior parts are a PITA because plastic, cramped quarters, big hands, etc. I made the mistake of not being careful and documenting where each screw/nut/interior piece went and what order (they need to be removed/installed in a particular order) so I had to redouble efforts at times and ended up with an extra screw as well. WTF! That said, I've read some people were quoted 3-6 hours to do this install! That is ridonkulous. I'll do it myself if you are going to charge $500-900.
