Is that due to the salt? Or could the oxidation also be due to much long term moisture?

Nothing drives like a 911. I'm not saying no tho G drives better or I'd faster, I'm saying nothing feels like it. If you love the way the 911 drives, then yes, you will miss it. A mid engine car does not feel like a rear engine car. I'll never be without a 911.
