Default FVD Setup?

Does anyone have this setup on their 997.1?

https://www.fvd.net/us-en/BES9971920...cell-cats.html

I have Fister exhaust and considering these FVD headers and sport cats. Just looking for the sound upgrade (not relying on any hp/tq gains).

If you have this setup I'd love hear your opinions.

Sorry not yet, but this set-up has caught my eye as well, so I too would like feedback. Thanks

I treated myself to this exact FVD exhaust for my 40th birthday a few years ago! Sound is glorious. Quality is top notch - as to be expected as they are actually made by M&M exhaust in Germany. That particular part number is meant for 997.1s with PSE though, so may not fit 100% on standard exhaust cars. That said, they do make something comparable for regular exhaust I’m sure.

I can’t say there was a huge gain in power, though for sure my Visa felt the hit, lol. I think the price has gone up since I bought mine too. I threw up a YouTube video with some GoPro footage. If you search for my car’s thread (or click in my sig) I’ve got some more photos and an in-car video from an autocross day with the local PCA guys.

I got the FVD U-Torque cat delete and love it. It was the best exhaust value for the 997 for a while because it could be bought for $350, if I recall. Price is now more than $700.

The rest of my exhaust is stock for now. I'm probably going to get headers over the next few months, but those will likely come from Racing Dynamics. I'm always looking for inexpensive used mufflers on the cheap though because I'd only want them for the weight reduction.
