What sort of wheels are those? BBS CH-R?
If so, they are relative heavy compared other flow-formed / rotary forged wheels right?

I have the gunmetal/titanium wheels which contrast quite well on my Guards Red 997.2

I still cannot get used to seeing "blacked" wheels on any car. I know a lot of people do, and I have no problem with that.
In this case however, I do prefer the titanium colored wheels with the dark color cars.

For me it depends on some variables.

Exterior paint color of the car. I like darker wheels on a light colored car. Dark wheels on a Silver or White car look good to me. On a dark colored car - black or dark wheels can blend in too much with the overall look. Some may be after that look however.

Wheel design is another variable. Design details of a wheel can be obscured if it's darker colored or black. (Unless you're viewing it up close.)

My preference is for wheels with contrasting finish elements. I like the HRE and BBS 3-piece wheels - where you can combine finishes (high polish and brushed finishes as well as high polish natural aluminum finishes with darker finishes.

There's also the question of gloss finish vs matte vs satin vs a combination of those treatments...

No regrets going gunmetal/titanium.
You can still make out all the detail but they still have great contrast.
And they don't disappear in pictures like all black...

IMO, it depends on the color of the car and what accents are on the car; black wheels tend to look good on a silver car with a black lip and black stone guards, same for a white car with black accents. Blue car with a black lip and titanium wheels....meh
Depends on how many shades you want the car to have.......
