Slightly off the original topic, but I did this upgrade and thoroughly enjoy it on my C4S. I actually paid the Rennlist member the funds as I realize, it took some time for him to do the R&D. Sure, it material cost is cheap, but heck, better than me spending weeks trying to figure out what fits and does not it.

hexagone, here is the size you mentioned above.

1/2" ID x 1"OD 7/16" thick which equates to roughly 11.11mm

Judging by the image in the ebay post vs the picture from the extsw I do believe the OD is larger than 1 inch though. So here's another option (though I have not tested or got a chance to measure it out just yet... so if someone can measure if there are any OD clearance issues that would be great.)

1/2" ID x 1 1/4" OD 0.438" thick which equates to roughly 11.12mm
