Default Anyone have a thought on what this noise is

Started happening with in the last 1-2 weeks. Happens in 3-6 gear. Might happen in 1-2 but can’t tell. It only happens when the rpms are in the mid 4k range and worse when the rpm held constant. Only mods are bms filter and wevo mounts.

What are we listening for? I hear a couple ticks but that may be from moving the phone. Otherwise don’t hear anything weird

I hear like a light buzzing. And I have no idea would have to hear it in person.

May be resonation created by the Wevo mounts. There are resonate frequencies in the biology of your car. Tires have a bit of their own but the oem drivetrain has one that was well masked and relatively undetectable. Changing to non eom components like trans, engine mounts, exhaust components, cables can add hum or whine like noise at various RPMs.

This. Our engines have a resonance right about 3,800 or 4, 000 rpm that you first notice after installing performance motor mounts. I hear it on the driver's side rear seat area in my car. After a week you won't notice it anymore, even though it will still be there.

it sounds like an oscillating hum.
