997.1 Drivers side wind noise
Hi All,
I am looking for some advice. I have owned my 997 since this past May. I am experiencing some wind noise on the drivers side top corner, where the drivers window meets the drivers side rear window.
I see how to adjust the window up and down via the adjustment screw under the door (last access hole towards end of door)
Is there a way to adjust the window towards the seal?
Thanks!

There is another access hole on the underside of the door where you can adjust the window inward or outwards. I went down this rabbit hole with my own car and ended up replacing all of the window and mirror seals, which solved the issue.

I would keep looking into it until you do not have the noise. I did a drive over summer in the middle of the night where I drove on surface streets, then in highway traffic, then on a deserted highway. I ranged 1mph-150mph on the trip. 0 abnormal wind noise. I even had sustained periods of 120mph cruising. ...just as a disclaimer, this was middle of the night emergency driving but nevertheless, the car was rock solid but I don't want people to think I think this is cool or anything.

Replace your door seals. At minimum the drivers side. After 14yrs mine are a bit windy sounding too, look whitish and are not really supple. I started to rehab them, and devote time but not what I want to f with. I’d rather work on the engine. Same story with my rear window outer rubber mounts, they look terrible and should be replaced. Door seals are a snap. Not much money and can be done at home fairly quickly. Mine will be replaced very soon.
