Find the little articulating arms on the front and rear suspension. These are what connect to the encoders to level the headlights and see if one has come apart or is broken.

You can also test the leveling inside the headlights themselves. I can't remember which side theyre on, but they're on the lower control arms.

With the key not in the ignition, turn the headlight switch to the lights on position. Then put the key it and run it to the full accessory position (just before start). That should make the beams dip down and then raise if working correctly.

The black plastic bracket of the lower lca in the picture is where the rear arm attaches. I had to fabricate my own bracket as the used RSS LCAs I installed didn't have it.

I ordered the $5 part from Auto Atlanta part# R1K6941295 and replaced behind the rear wheel in about 20 minutes. Job complete.
