Default Sport Steering Wheel from 991 / 987

Has anyone swapped their 997 steering wheel with the Sport Steering Wheel from 991 / 987 (picture below)?

I have found one wanna buy but has paddle shifters...and i have a manual. Would like to remove the paddles.

I was doing some research into this - from what I can tell- those who have tried this and removed the paddles report that the holes that remain are pretty obvious - moreso than they expected it to be. most recommend you keep looking for a wheel meant for a manual car

You can remove the paddles and buy the back cover for a manual. {no cutouts}. Its an easy swap over.

I have seen that for the Macan wheel - but not this...have you done it? Link or part #?

Give Suncoast a call and tell them what you need.

I did reach out to them - they replied today - seems like there is no option to do that for that wheel...unlike the Macan wheel.

I am considering buying this wheel instead (already made for manual) - seller says it's a GT3 off 991 - but all the GT3 wheels have a red/yellow/green stripe on top...

if you look at the top of your picture, you can see a small indent where the stripe would normally be. maybe they took it off for some reason?

Have you reached out to Don at Dallas Custom Steering wheels? You should look at his inventory first. I got mine from him.
