Default New to me 2007 Carrera S cab

Hi all. It was time for a change. I sold my 1995 993 cab and bought a 2007 Carrera S cab. Pics of the old ride and the new one. The LAPower Bluetooth kit and climarepair climate control buttons are already on order. Quick question, what is the part in the last photo? It was sitting on the back seat.

Congrats on the new ride - very nice! I am a Cab fanatic too!

To my untrained eye, that looks like it may be the trim piece/air vent from the passenger foot well that sits along the left side of the center console.

That is the passenger footwell subwoofer trim vent assuming you have bose and the sub. Mine has fallen off too.

Default Confirmed

It just slips back in place and usually stays even if a tab is missing. Needs to come off if you need to reve panel to access Bose or radio. I have an extra mr12 volt Bluetooth adapter if anyone would like to buy. Plans changed

@lew20vt congratulations on your purchase and upgrades.

But...the Yankees?!?

Kidding. Sort of.

Hope to see you on a future Green Mountain PCA event (I've missed every one of them so far this year since getting my car...bad timing).

Bob
