As soon as the car arrives, I will take some photos. It is on its way to Colorado from Nevada.

The way you bond with these cars is really crazy–enjoy the experience!!

And I'll post a pic to encourage you to do the same:

nice car!!!

I bought my car from a dealer 2,500 miles away, so I know what that wait is like. I think I cleaned the garage three times before the car finally arrived!

Good luck—hope it's a short wait for you!

Nice! That is basically it. The back end of my car has a pretty weathered badging. I am looking to replace it with new badging with the red S. Did you do that badge yourself, or did it come that way?

No I had the badge painted red by a body shop I represent.

Congrats! My '07 C2S was also a Vegas car before I bought it by way of a small dealer in Dallas. No rust or corrosion, very few rock chips, etc.

If you're in the Denver area and you don't already have a Porsche mechanic in mind, I have a few recommendations I could share. Also, if you're considering a paint correction and ceramic coat (might be worth considering depending on the shape of the car when you get it), I know of a couple good shops for that as well. Feel free to message me.

Luke at 3R Racing is great. That is where I've had most of my service done. They're off of Hampden and Santa Fe in Englewood.

If you're further north, David Marshall at EuroSport Automotive in Arvada is great, and I've heard great things about Berg Performance in North Denver. I've also heard good things about Chance Chenoweth at Blue Chip.

For paint corrections, ceramic coats, wraps, etc., Jeff and team at Denver Auto Shield are awesome.

Also, you should considering joining PCA and getting connected to the Rocky Mountain Region. They schedule some cool socials and events (currently most are on hold due to Covid). It's a great way to get connected with other Porsche owners in the area.

Another Evergreen resident recommended 3zero3 motorsports (I70 and Kipling) to me a while back. I sold my car before the warranty ran out, so I don't have any experience with them directly. I've heard good things about Berg as well. Congrats on the new ride.

hey! I joined PCA. Just have to enter my car and become a full member (only test drive membership as I didn’t have a car when I joined). Will look forward to hooking up with some Porsche folks in Denver when everything calms down.

Thanks for the tips!
