Hi everyone, I am getting these readings. P0301, P0303, P0306 The car has had the plugs, coils, ground wire, replaced 15k miles ago which was 14 months ago. The car runs fine. I have cleared the codes and eventually, not immediately, they come back. Same 3 cylinders. Car has 115k miles on it. Do you think I just need another tune up with wires?

If you are getting on start up, run fuel treatment in it to clean the valves and clean the MAF. Cleaning the MAF is very easy (20 min job). There are lots of DIY on the web for doing it. It solved the issue for me.
