I am in Central NJ and would recommend Lee's Garage in West Long Branch or Bodymotion in Ocean Township.

If Northern NJ is important, check with the local NNJ Region of PCA for recommendations. An active member is John Voyt who owns and operates HighMarques in Morristown NJ and sell preowned Porsche. He will know a good shop.

I thought NJ required front plates. Did they change that? If so, I’d love to get rid of mine too.

Dean Laumbach recommends Lee's Garage, too, for any paintwork.

NJ still requires front plates. The OP might be looking to use the towing hook female connector for his front plate.

Ah, makes sense. I’m not a fan of the offset look of that method. Guess I’ll keep my plate. Lol.

I didn't like that look either. I went with the Skene Design plate holder. It's very nice. As soon as I can, I'll be having the holes filled. For now, Bumperplugs did the job.

I had the tow hook plate holder. Did not like the look. Had the Skene Design and did not like the look. Decided to take the risk and not mount a front plate. I like the look!

Agree it is worth taking the risk and not running a front plate. I would do bumper plugs first and then if I didn't like the look would have them filled.

they do but usually the cops don’t give you a hard time. My daily hasn’t had a front plate on it in the last 6 yrs and no issues.

Had a buddy pull my clear bra off last weekend and then brought it to a local body shop that does great work, Nash park autobody. They are filling the 4 holes and repainting the whole bumper. It should be back by tomorrow. Even with the holes it looks so much better.

I dunno, I am used to the plates and don't even see them. No way near worth giving a reason to pull me over and have to deal with an officer, who knows what mood he is in.
