Default Coolant leak

just discovered this yesterday. Looks like it's been there for awhile but my reservoir tank is still in safe zone. My mechanic says it's the hose and cites the "bulge". But the hose looks like it came this way from the factory. Has anyone had this leak here before? Do I need to replace the hose or does it look like it's just the clamp? All of the leak has dried up to that pink stuff and there are no wet spots anywhere. thanks,

I started to say it looks like the hose but, the more I look at it, the leaks seems so start from the upper right bolt. Maybe it's both?

There is another thread right now about a leak from this cover plate.

That hose also looks kind of ballooned out at the clamp. I would probably remove and reinstall the plate with a new gasket that has some gasket sealant on it and also replace the hose. It would stink to do one or the other and have with the same failure there if misdiagnosed or a new failure (hose burst) in that same area soon thereafter.
