Default Wheel spacers and fender chips

I am thinking about adding 15mm rear and 10mm front wheel spacers and am concerned about getting chips on the inside fender lip from road debris.

If you have similar spacers, what has been your experience with fender chips?

Does anyone have paint protection film on the inside fender lip to address this? Pictures would be helpful

Thanks!

My ppf wraps around the edge of the fenders... having said that, I've never noticed anyone complain of fender chips from spacers. And I don't have ppf on the rear, and no chips there....

I had 15s on the front and did not notice more damage over a year. I live in SoCal though, so less weather, less debris on the road from weather...

7mm front; 15mm rear. Been on them for years and haven’t had any issues or fender chips.
