got my freshly painted rpm technik cardboard fibre ducktail installed...it has aerokit front but i was too tired after cutting and measuring and epoxing the grille mesh on all day to bother taking a full pic after installing the ducktail...

stupid question...i've done a search but can't find a conclusion answer as to whether or not rain having direct access into the intake snorkel is something i should worry about...i'm using the OEM c2s airbox but have an x51 style box coming from flatsix soon...

Looking good! Can't wait to get mine back from the paint shop. Are those Apex wheels? What are you wheel specs?

I wouldn't be painted the white car, was considering selling to buy an LS converted 997 that would be painted in my choice.
I just don't think I would be happy with a wrap long term, and don't want to spend $5k for a wrap to be disappointed

Yep, APEX, these are their newer V5-5RS with these specs: 18x9 ET46 + 18x12ET63 in Satin Black. I also run a 10mm spacer in the front to help clear the Ohlins R&T springs (their a little fatter OD than i'm used to) so i can fit 255/35/18 and 335/30/18 R7's.

My 2011 turbo S with the Aerokit. Loved this car, sold it several years ago for a GT2. I forgot how awesome the aerokit looked until I saw this thread. Thank you! Brings back great memories.




also, if anyone gets hard water spots on the wing, this company makes an amazing product that will take them off with no pressure.

product is called Eraser gel. It is also great around the house, especially on shower doors and counters.
