Throttle Controller For Porsche
All they do is fool the computer into thinking you've pressed the accelerator further then you have - "augments the throttle pedal signal". You can achieve the exact same result just by pressing the throttle pedal further or faster on your own.
It also doing that removes some of the fine calibration built into the throttle pedal travel, where now instead of being able to feather the throttle for the exact amount of input you want, let's say 3% that same pedal movement gives the car 10%.
It doesn't do anything special.
Here's a graph screenshot captured directly from SprintBoosters marketing literature. Notice how at the end of the throttle pedal in any of the augmented ranges, it's totally flat. This is because at say 75% of the pedal travel you've already applied full throttle and it can't make the car get more throttle then the computer will allow it to. You can do the same thing by pressing the throttle faster if that's what you're after.
Save your money.
