Wanted a different look than most carrera’s and since most people have dual tips, I decided to try something unique. Was going for the slanted round tip found on Gt2rs’s and the turbo one I posted below. It’s a 65 degree 2.5” mandrel bend welded to 4” round slanted tips similar to 997 Gt2rs style. Both side mufflers are deleted btw.

 

We'll, that's pretty cool. Wish there was a way to center them a bit more in the openings and still preserve the angle. Also would look a bit nicer if the center section of thr bumper came down a bit further.

 

The centering was almost impossible with the room I had to work with and angle of the bend but I'm pretty happy with it. It was kinda experimental and my friend works at my exhaust shop so we played around with it for hours before we got it right on both sides. Planning on a different rear bumper or a small diffuser soon so the center section will come down more flush. Also, If you look at the turbo above, It appears to be non-centered as well because of the outward slant of the tip... mine do a similar slant, just not quite as perfect. The inside of the tip actually is pretty centered but not perfect. This was no easy task with the room we had to work with and the angle I wanted to achieve.

 

I dig it. Does give off a 350z vibe a bit, but overall, it's nice to see something different.
