Brake Kleen is not like it use to be. Its rather weak because of todays air standards. It will not hurt paint.

The principle ingredient is Tetrachloroethlylene.

Tetrachloroethylene (PCE) is a nonflammable, liquid solvent widely used in dry cleaning, wood processing, fabric manufacturing, and metal degreasing. In homes, it may be found in suede protectors, paint removers, furniture stripper, water repellents, silicone lubricants, spot removers, glues, and wood cleaners.

I would explore an alternative to using Brake Kleen as a paint cleaner on a Porsche.
