At $26,900 seems like a great buy.

“MSRP $88,800”. Hmm. MSRP on that car was closer to $110-120k.

Carbon fiber gear shift and parking brake lever? Nope.

Colored crests? Nope.

At least it has the ultra-rare rear window wiper option for the cabriolet.

WTF is the purpose of that ad and how has it stayed up and running for 9 days?

I flagged it. I think that is the most you can do for Craigslist. If a bunch of people flag it, then it gets pulled. And actually that is the perfect ad. They don't want someone who knows anything about Porsche's to respond. It for for stupid people who may fall for it.

I flagged it, too. Hopefully we will help it reach critical mass.

I would hope anyone looking for a 997.2 Porsche would know something about the cars. I can’t imagine someone being so stupid as to not recognize an automatic versus a standard. You would think they would test drive it. Has to be an error in posting.

Even if this "seller" is fishing for clueless dreamers you'd think he/she could at least get one thing right in the description of the car. Couldn't hurt. This idiot managed to get just about everything wrong including features of the car contradicted by the pictures in the ad. Guess what's next for someone stupid enough to bite?
