Can definitely see a trend in value switch between the 991 and 997.
In my area, quite a few 991 (and not only base models, some 4s with low miles) have dipped in price under 997.2 values and some even as low as high priced 997.1.
Just thought I'd confirm that the trend is also happening up here in Canada.
