Default Car shipping besides Reliable or Intercity

I think I have a purchase underway and I'm planning accordingly. The PPI is booked for Tuesday at a very reputable shop. If everything goes as planned with a clean bill of health, the next step would be shipping the car down to Boca Raton where I'm located. This brings me to my issue. I would love to use either Reliable or Intercity based on all positive reviews I hear and read.

Intercity is booked till December 1st at the earliest.

Reliable said about 5 weeks from today.

Is there any other really reputable carriers besides these two? I would like to get it done as fast as possible. From what I hear the faster it goes the less room for error and damage.

Any good recomendations?

Thanks

Nate

We have used PlyCar twice now and could not be happier.
They beat Reliable, Intercity and Horseless Carriage price by $400.
Enclosed brand new truck door to door.
Left Dallas on Thursday and delivered to Palm Desert CA Saturday!
Our 997 is on one of their trailers right now!

called last Friday and they picked up Tuesday.

+ 1 for Plycar. Have shipped three of my cars...and they are a nationwide carrier for Porsche dealerships. They won't damage the car due to unique lift system. Highly recommend.

Hey neighbor

I shipped my 4S purchase with Plycar (Nick) from Ohio to Florida in 7 days from first call/quote to delivery back in April 2019. Pricing was good for enclosed and they have live tracking online. A driver team husband / wife were super professional and not just your average driver. They had lots of other high end toys onboard.

I just had my 991.2 rs delivered from Tampa to southern California with 8 Brothers. Transit time was 9 days from pickup. Price for enclosed was $1800, arranged by dealer. Reliable had quoted me $2800 for the same trip. I was happy with the driver's communicatetion and the car arrived dust free and unmarked. Reliable is the industry leader, but there are lots of smaller specialists who appreciate your business.

There's another company called Angel's something that I remember reading good things about. They may have (might still be) been a forum sponsor either here or on 6speed too.

When PlyCar picked up our 997 earlier this week the trailer was full of new Aston Martins and Bentleys being delivered to Desert European dealership.
We have used Intercity a dozen times over the years and Reliable and they gave me a “30 day” window for pick up and delivery.

Where is the car coming from? I shipped mine from Miami to NJ in June via a smaller shipping company (reputable and referred by a dealer). No brokers, no dropping cars off, side jobs, etc. Very aggressive pricing too. If you're doing anything up and down the East Coast, I'd recommend them (I will find the name).
