Cargurus lists quite a number of cars that fit you criteria. But, if you want full documentation, you are going to have to do a single owner private sale and pay through the nose.

Help me understand why the number of owners exceeding 2 would be a showstopper. Not an uncommon requirement but I still I don't get it and never really got a good explanation for it. First off there are a lot of variables to this. For starters, transfers from one dealer to another for easily understandably reasons which adds an owner but means nothing. Sometimes this happens more than once adding another owner to the records which still means nothing. Early lease termination is another one and the list goes on, neither of which necessarily detracts from the value of the car. Unless the number of owners automatically reduces the value of the car regardless of reasons.
Most importantly though, I struggle with the idea that the overall condition of the car, its maint. history and records thereof isn't more important than the number of owners. I've seen one owner cars with no maintenance or service records that looked like they've never been properly cleaned inside or out, smelled like an ashtray and just had neglect written all over it. And I've seen four owner cars in flawless condition with a thick envelope containing every last maintenance, service or repair record for the life of the car.
