Porsche 997 2011 911 Cab 4S
-AC works great for the first couple of minutes after starting car,
-after a couple of minutes, airflow from vents then drops significantly
-airflow from vents that remains is cold,
-the fan speed indicates fan is still running at full speed,
-the sound of the fan does not appear to have changed
- generic scanner give DTC 8023 outside air/recirc air flap motor,

Would appreciate any ideas on how to correct, cost, etc

When this happens, have you tried lowering the desired temp to see how A/C would react???

I have similar issues, and when it happens, I lower the temp and A/C pics right up and starts blowing super cold again. I also found it happens more often when I haven't used the car enough, therefore thought it might be battery related.
