Use them a lot. No customer service. You need to know what part you need. Returns are no issue either. Just have to follow instructions. No way to ever actually talk to a person. But if you know what you need and they have it you can't beat the price.

I don't think they sell track pads but the warranty covers everything they sell. No hassle return - you buy the replacement and then get an authorization to return the faulty or worn parts. The cost of the part is then credited back to your credit card.

To be honest, I just buy all my parts at FCP for my E46 track car. Prices are competitive and you can't beat the warranty. I've used it for some parts and was amazed how straightforward it was.

You can actually return oil and filters for credit - not sure I'd do that, though.

I recently bought a new Bosch alternator from Rock, cheapest by far. For international buyers, their freight rates were very competitive also. Pelican is a great resource but can be expensive.
