did folks who have loweried on springs (eibach or H&R) need to install a toe steer kit and/or end links?

Don't know about others but I've lowered three 997's now with H&R's. Didn't do any of what you mention but lowering it tends to tuck the wheels into the well so for regular 5 lug wheels you need spacers to get a good stance and with CL wheels a new set of wheels with custom offset (no spacers on CL wheels).

Eibachs on my car and that was not required.
