I love my RSS motor mounts. I was concerned about vibration and there is a little more, but only at idle and you can barely tell. I would totally do it again. The shifting has become a whole lot more crisp.

This morning I took a drive to Livermore down Mines rd to get a baseline before the RSS mounts. This is also the 1st time down this this road with the DSC controller on my car with Eibach springs. I’ve had the DSC controller about 3 weeks driving in normal conditions where I’ve noticed it’s smoother overall. The DSC really sines on tight curvy roads. So much more control, balance, and grip in corners and stability in straights. Feels like the car has been transformed, impressive. Car has more capability than I, where as before It felt like I was hitting some of the limits. Can’t wait to get back out there.
Back to the RSS mounts. Installed and went on a drive through city and residential streets, I can notice some new sounds, tones, and rumbling under certain RPMs and throttle position. BUT, I have to pay attention to notice it. It’s subtle difference in NVH. I can hear a winding down sound after revving to 6k, and some gruntness when taking off from a start. I was looking for more sportiness and generally that’s what it’s done. Nothing extreme at all.
In terms of driving feel I can’t notice much yet. Maybe it feels more tight and firm, but hard to judge on this drive. I’ll see if there is a improvement in what already felt good on my next drive in the twisties. So far so good 👍🏼

Looking at the old mounts it isn’t surprising it is that different. They were mostly rubber and could be flexed by hand very easily. After looking at them I would say engine mounts on these cars are a 50k mike wear item and very worth while going with an upgraded mount vs OEM.
For those considering the #624 Mounts or customers with existing back order's, we are completing our most recent production run and will begin to ship back orders as soon as they are ready.
I’ve got the Porsche RS mounts. They’re semi-solids but they’re still sitting in a box in my house. I haven’t installed them yet as I melt in the 8 Billion degree heat anytime I’m outside here in Texas.
I had RSS and removed them within a month because of the vibration cabin noise.
Went with Function First. I think they are a perfect combination of OEM and firm.
Zero increase in vibration.
No regrets.
Here's my review. I went with Rennlien semi-solid mounts! Great performance improvement without too much additional NVH. Definitely more than stock, but worth it and makes the car feel more alive!
I did the RL Semi-solid with the softest inserts. At first I did not like them. There was a resonance at 3K RPM's, and I was considering changing them out for OEM.
Plot twist. I had already done the DIY Gundo hack, and I finally got around to doing a center muffler delete. After the x-pipe install, all resonances have smoothed out, and the car feels like I was hoping for it to feel. I am still amazed at the difference in cabin vibration and harmonics after the muffler delete. Who woulda thunk...
