I have new-found love and respect for my GTS. Spent the weekend at a Pittrace DE. The track is amazing: esses, elevation changes, a real sense of flow, replica Corkscrew-like turns, four straightaways (and associated hard braking). Pushed the car a fair bit (best time: 2:09 - I know, ways to go but started Day One in the 2:40s). The track is brutal on the tires, brakes, and on the car in general (must've collected more marbles than ever before). And then wrapped up Sunday, put all of the usual ****e in the frunk, in the back, on the passenger seat, and drove back home 5 hours straight in thunderstorms, Turnpike fog, and heavy truck traffic bullying cars all the way. And she was just calm and poised on the highway. No fuss, no drama. To go from the track to the highway w/o any fiddling with any settings or parts....ahhh...how sublime is that. Got her detailed and now she sits shiny in my garage, awaiting the next adventure.

Awesome!!
Always an adventure in these cars. In mine, I eagerly take the long way to our neighbourhood convenience store
