Im not affiliated, my friend who is a top Porsche mechanic and was going to buy for his wife, he had PPI done and all was good, he could not get financing sorted out, its a pretty car

Not my first choice but great color combo....and sale pending on the first day. The market decided that one out rather quickly. Folks, the 997 is such a sweet spot price wise. A Pcar buyer has a couple of 911 options: A) An older air cooled car without modern conveniences (which is probable well north of $40k), B) 991+ with a buy in price of $60k plus. Or C) A 997 which is what the 996 should have been for $30-$55k used.

I think that price is about right, especially if it's all sorted like the OP claims. Build sheet if a little blah, though.

How do you view the price as steep? Seems a very fair price and since it is now "sale pending", the market has spoken.

It's an automatic, convertible with average miles. S is the only thing going for it, but no PASM.

I see the PASM button - button with the shock absorber. Price seems reasonable for a well sorted C2S.
