Laser will pretty much end the game, however most Hwy patrol uses KA band and will get you with instant on. That said, with superb detection from my V1, I usually pick up instant on signals at least a mile in advance, brake and smile as I go by the officer at the legal limit. I have a V1 in all of my cars and it's prevented me from all kinds of misfortune, more than I can count!

With a radar detector and Waze running, you can do pretty well.

I have a V1 and Escort 360 and some other Escorts. Having the arrows is very helpful, but I find the Escort better - much fewer false alarms, even with the V1 fully upgraded and the Junk filter enabled.
