Ruf's are independently manufactured by hand at their own facility... they do not follow the Porsche model updates strictly. Even cooler is that there is a local, late 90's Ruf (993 Chassis) that wasn't actually assembled/registered until the mid 2000's... I have been led to believe too there are 930 chassis laying around that still could potentially be built today to exact 80's spec.
