Those times are CST (AFAICT) but that is neither here nor there. I think that is correct and I agree. I missed out on bidding on the Canada car because I forgot to put a bid in, and I missed out on the GT3 from a couple weeks ago. Not the end of the world to be left out of one in my opinion.
Here's to hoping none of those bid issues matter and it goes for $58k to give me my first win....
