Pete - all police departments have a public records department. Just go to their website for the number and call them up. I vaguely remember they even had an online portal for some files, but for accident reports you had to call them up. I don't have it in front of me but the report included driver name and address, incident location, and a brief statement from the officer describing the incident. I just had to provide them VIN#, plate and month of reported incident. In my case the Carfax was more detailed than ive seen on others, as it stated the reporting police department, so it took one google search to track down.

Reached out to Wizard Werks and no luck. They keep records by last name or phone number. But left my contact and described the car and vin in case they might remember who it may be.
