^^^ In this range. All things considered with the car, I'll say $19,250. It'll end up being a great buy for someone too.

It's the final 2 minutes that count on BaT.

7 minutes to go and at 18,750. However, looks like a couple of guys in the room today, so I'm revising up to low 20's. Say 22.

From years of working for a used car dealer, I have learned that people usually over-value their car by about 20%. The same applies to the value they assign to others that are similar to their car. Wishful thinking, I guess.

When I sell my Porsche every 1-2 years, I always price it at a very fair price to avoid hassles and save time and have been doing so for 30 years.
My last 11 Porsche's I've sold over past 10 years (2 964's, 3 993's, 2 996's, 3 996 C4S's,1 997S) have all been sold at my firm asking price. I don't normally keep track but I've had a few vodka's tonight and math is easier.
I also buy with resale in mind. I don't claim to be an expert in the sales field but my system has been smooth sailing.
I figured that 05 997 would have reached at least $24-$25K but I think the Tiptronic did more damage to resale than the miles. I'd never buy a 150K mile car.
Who knows maybe my age is finally catching up?
What r your thoughts - On the car not my dementia??

Yep, 150k miles, base model car, and tip transmission are probably why it was off a few K. Someone is going to have some fun, cheap.

A base model 15 year old car with 150k miles and no highly desirable options is not going to be a hot seller. I figured $20k would be the sticking point for an auction, maybe a little more or a little less. People who buy at an auction aren't looking to pay retail. Personally, you couldn't give that car to me. The age and mileage are beyond my comfort threshold.
But would be hard to drive w/o seats
