I have an issue with poor loose fitting of exhaust end tips on aftermarket exhaust and need some measurments.
Does anyone know or can measure the outside diameter of an 997 S (3.8) non PSE exhaust end were the tip will be clamped on?
The exhaust installed on my 997 is measured 58mm. Measured a PSE and is 59mm. Need to know what is the dia of non PSE 3.8 exhaust. If also 59mm it wil explain why my end tip cannot be tightened.

here's the measurement on my 997.1S non PSE......it's about 2.25 inches (57.15mm)

your stock tips should come with a ring that makes the tip fit snugly
