Brake Caliper Pin Rotation

Default Brake Caliper Pin Rotation
Had my 997 serviced yesterday. The mechanic noted that one of the pins on my front left brake caliper rotates. He said he has not seen this before. There is no play towards or away from the rotor, but just rotation. Is this cause for concern? If so, what are my options for repair aside from replacing the whole caliper?

Pic attached to show the pin I am referring to.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Unless it's moving axially, I wouldn't worry about it.
