After 31 years of marriage, we've got things pretty well sorted. I'm usually the one who screws up, and I'm good at apologizing by now. It was my wife who suggested that I look at Porsches when I was in the market for a new vehicle - I'd had only company cars for the previous 17 years. I told her I couldn't afford it, but when I did my research, I was thrilled to be mistaken! My '07 C2 in Cobalt Blue is now my DD and DJ (Daily Joy). Previous owner said I'd get over it in a few weeks, but I bought it on Feb 12, and I still laugh/smile/whoop every single time I drive it. It also helped me to understand some of the seemingly irrational desires we humans have. I always thought my wife ridiculous for wanting a Louis Vuitton handbag. After owning my 997.1 for a few months, I realized she wasn't crazy - just different from me (duh!). So, I bought her a $2K purse and earned a lot of brownie points to bail me out for quite some time.
Regarding this specific vehicle, it looks great in the pictures, but the comments from the person who saw it in person would make me continue my search. Underpriced cars that have been on the lot for a while usually have a story, and not a good one. Keep looking.
What makes this one a dream build - is it just the color? It does have full leather and heated seats, but is pretty basic otherwise - normal, not sport seats, regular S brakes, not PCCBs, no PSE, etc. Seems like just a regular 4S in PRG and beige, and the black interior of your current car will hold up over time much better than this beige one and its much easier to find black replacement parts if yours wear out, like seats, consoles, etc.
I'd keep what you got and if you really need a green one, take it apart and have it painted. Black over black is the best color to start with for a color change. I've done it twice now.

Panel gaps on the Cayenne are rough! But, man, what an aggressive stance, and I dig the top box. Good on you for modding it to exactly what you wanted.
Do not give up your soft top. When I was looking for a new ride after selling my Boxster I was also looking at coupes. My wife informed me that what I really wanted was a convertible again. Boy I'm glad I listen to my wife.

Those aren't panel gaps, they're bumper welting / gaskets to make the bumper to fender gaps the same size as the OEM door gaps and to keep the fiberglass to metal junctions from rubbing on each other. Because the gaskets are black and the car white, they're more visible than normal.
Porsche used this type of body trim on a lot of the older cars, like 930s,, 928s, etc. I just followed their lead when putting the Cayenne together - in fact, it's 928 bumper welting I used.
I'm always surprised that more people don't order 911s in some shade of green. It's a classic color for the lines. Sometimes I dream about how I would have ordered my TT from the factory and it's usually a PTS green on full natural brown leather.
