There is no one setting that works for both street and track. Also streets and track surface varies based on location.
5-10 clicks from full stiff would be a good place to start for track use.

It all comes down to personal preference, how bad your local roads are, and what tracks you frequent.
I went with upgraded/stiffer GT3 spring rates with my R&T set up, and my home track is Sebring, therefore I run a lot softer than most probably. Basically soft enough to not add to the spring rates, but enough to slow them down on compression and rebound while giving over harsh bumps.
