Ceramic coating like Ceramic Pro is not a substitute or replacement for PPF. Read the Ceramic Pro info and it tells you that. Two different products for two different missions. Sounds like the PO of your car went with low bid on the PPF installation.

Sure feel for you. There is a trick to pulling the stuff off without leaving the glue behind demonstrated to me by my PPF installer. Heat (hair drier, hot water) and pull up at 30-40 degree angle. Anything more and the glue is left behind. Ask me how I know. But that does not help you now
As mentioned above by sober owl, goo gone is your best bet at this point. Other products that I’ve used successfully with some elbow grease is 3M adhesive remover and Würth parts cleaner (which is kind to paint).
